Sandra Sterlitz, MPT
Jennifer Hopkins, BS holds dual degrees in business management and psychology and functions as our therapy aide, office assistant, and general organizer. She has worked at Rehabilitation Innovations, Inc. for over 6 years to help provide patient, family, and therapist support to ensure optimal outcomes. In addition, Jen is responsible for Infection Control training and monitoring for our practice. Jen is active in the local community, volunteering in the schools and serving on Parent Advisory Boards. She is also involved in advocacy for the organization Autism Speaks.
Sandra Sterlitz, MPT has been a Physical Therapist for over 27 years. She has a wide variety of clinical experience and specializes in treating the effects of neurological and orthopedic diagnoses in children and adults. Ms. Sterlitz is an expert at helping people achieve optimal physical conditioning and understanding how to maximize and maintain their functional status.
Ms. Sterlitz has served as an expert witness, is active in training Physical Therapy students, and provides community based and peer reviewed presentations. Additionally, Sandra is a certified Restorative Yoga Teacher, integrating yoga principles into her rehabilitation programs. As a principal of Rehabilitation Innovations, Inc. she is responsible for all clinical operations.

Gerry Barnett, MSHS
Gerry Barnett, MSHS is our Practice Administrator and has been with Rehabilitation Innovations, Inc. since 2006. She holds a B.S. in Management Studies and M.S. in Human Services Administration. Gerry will be able to assist you with starting the registration process to receive treatment from one of our skilled therapists!
Leslie Roerk, MS, CCC-SLP has nearly 30 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist. Holding advanced certifications in the assessment and treatment of swallowing disorders, she is qualified to administer and interpret Modified Barium Swallow (MBS) studies, and Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES) studies. Her other skills include evaluation and management of cognitive and articulation problems for people of all ages.
Dr. Gwinn has worked in Occupational Therapy for over 37 years. Her specialty is treating the effects of neurological problems in adults and children. Dr. Gwinn's treatment focus is on maximizing function in a family centered manner. She strongly believes in a consultative model of treatment, providing significant education to parents, families, and caregivers to achieve optimal outcomes.
In addition to direct treatment, Dr. Gwinn is a certified Pain Management professional, has served as an expert witness, and provides community and peer reviewed inservices about treatment for neurological problems. Dr. Gwinn has several adjunct faculty appointments at local universities and is active in training the next generation of therapy providers. As a principal in Rehabilitation Innovations, Inc., she is responsible for administrative functions and overall quality and provision of care.
