Gerry Roemer, MSHS is our Practice Administrator and has been with Rehabilitation Innovations, Inc. since 2006.  She holds a B.S. in Management Studies and M.S. in Human Services.  Gerry will be able to assist you with starting the registration process to receive treatment from one of our skilled therapists!

Jennifer Hopkins, BS holds dual degrees in business management and psychology and functions as our therapy aide, office assistant, and general organizer.  She has worked at Rehabilitation Innovations, Inc. for over 6 years to help provide patient, family, and therapist support to ensure optimal outcomes.  In addition, Jen is responsible for Infection Control training and monitoring for our practice.  Jen is active in the local community, volunteering in the schools and serving on Parent Advisory Boards.  She is also involved in advocacy for the organization Autism Speaks.

Kalli Donaway Clement, MS, CCC-SLP has been a Speech Language Pathologist for over 4 years.  She is a specialist in swallowing and feeding problems and developing treatment programs to solve the problems experienced by children and adults who have neurological diagnoses.  Kalli is active in local and national Speech Language Pathology associations, is actively involved in training new Speech Language Pathologists, and is working on a doctorate in Speech Therapy.

Sandra Sterlitz, MPT has been a Physical Therapist for over 24 years.  She has a wide variety of clinical experience and specializes in treating the effects of neurological and orthopedic diagnoses in children and adults.  Ms. Sterlitz is an expert at helping people achieve optimal physical conditioning and understanding how to maximize and maintain their functional status.

Ms. Sterlitz has served as an expert witness, is active in training Physical Therapy students, and provides community based and peer reviewed presentations.  Additionally, Sandra is a certified Restorative Yoga Teacher, integrating yoga principles into her rehabilitation programs.  As a principal of Rehabilitation Innovations, Inc.  she is responsible for all clinical operations.

Dr. Gwinn has worked in Occupational Therapy for over 34 years.  Her specialty is treating the effects of neurological problems in adults and children.  Dr. Gwinn's treatment focus is on maximizing function in a family centered manner.  She strongly believes in a consultative model of treatment, providing significant education to parents, families, and caregivers to achieve optimal outcomes. 

In addition to direct treatment, Dr. Gwinn is a Certified Life Care Planner, has served as an expert witness, and provides community and peer reviewed inservices about treatment for neurological problems.  Dr. Gwinn has several adjunct faculty appointments at local universities and is active in training the next generation of therapy providers.  As a principal in Rehabilitation Innovations, Inc., she is responsible for administrative functions and overall quality and provision of care.
